Credit Counseling Service of Northwest Florida
is a Federally Authorized
Bankruptcy Pre-Discharge Counseling center. Before
you begin the online pre-discharge process, please make
sure that you are from one of our authorized
bankruptcy pre-discharge districts. Look at the
list to the left to see available districts. Identification is
required for all individuals taking the Pre-Discharge
class via the Internet. We ask that each person wishing to take our Internet
class provide their name, address, phone number,
driver's license number, and state of issuance
at the time the appointment is set up. This information
is recorded in our system by the Customer Service
Representative. They will also be asked what District
are they filing bankruptcy in.

by clicking the buy now button Below.
2. Call
1-800-343-3317 to speak with Customer Service
Representative to recieve your username and
password.
3.
Click the blue Money In Motion Box below and click
on student login tab at top of page and use your
assigned username and password. complete the class
and download the affidavit.
4. Download the required AFFIDAVIT
FOR BANKRUPTCY EDUCATION form, complete it and
return with copy of PHOTO ID to: P.O. BOX 950,
Pensacola, FL 32591, or fax to 850-432-5078, or scan
and e-mail to info@cccswfl.org

5. After the student finishes the class online,
a counselor will check and review the time spent
on the course to make sure it is sufficient to
cover the time requirement.
6. Upon completion of verification, counselor will
issue the Certificate of Completion by U.S. Mail
to the client at the address that was provided
when setting up the appointment.
